Every Saturday 7.30 am we do the ceremony of taking refuge in Triple Gem & observing 8 or 5 precepts. 10.30 am is Almsoffering & Dhammatalk

Every Sunday 10.30 am we have almsoffering and shared meal followed by a Dhamma talk. At 3.00 pm there's chanting, meditation & reflections

The meal offering at 10.00 am is usually the easiest opportunity to visit the monastery for the first time. Don't feel shy and just drop in!

Unguided sessions without any of the monks present, allowing individual practice for anyone interested to just sit or walk meditation.
